Table Centre Pieces for my Wedding??!!?

I need some ideas for table centre pieces. The hall that we are having our wedding at does not allow candles to be lit and I have bought a few of the battery operated tea lights and they only last about an hour. I am not a huge fan of flowers either. Our wedding is in March and our colors are Black, White, And silver. Any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciated.

find some inexpensive glass bowls, fill them with werther's candies or lindt candies. both are individually foil-wrapped and will look quite pretty sparkling in the light. you can use l.e.d. lights wrapped around the bowls to give the centerpieces extra life!
whether you like the candy idea or not why not look at ikea - they have great little light chains for $2.99 each. they are l.e.d. lights and battery operated. they burn for roughly 70 hours and once the wedding is over you can use them in your home for whatever holidays you celebrate!
they are called 'kallt' and are in their on-line catalogue under lighting!
there is also a light called 'knubbig' for $7.99 - they are 4" in height by 5" diameter and are mouth blown glass - each one is different and they are very cool. you can see those in the on-line catalogue as well but you have to see them in person - very different - and would make great little give-aways to some special guests/parents/bridal party/whoever at the end of the reception if you didn't want to keep them yourself!
